Following breakfast, we make our way to the Serengeti National Park, traveling through the picturesque, elevated farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we leave the highlands behind, we descend into the core of untamed Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Our destination is the central park area, known as the Seronera area, which is one of the park's richest wildlife habitats, featuring the Seronera River that supplies this area with crucial water, thereby attracting wildlife that represents most of the Serengeti's species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

After enjoying breakfast at the lodge, we head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will make a stop at Olduvai Gorge, which boasts a history that dates back to ancient times. It was at this site that the anthropologists, Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey, discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both crucial links in human evolutionary history. We arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, and following lunch, we will descend more than 600 meters into the crater for a half-day wildlife safari tour. With a year-round water supply and abundant fodder, Ngorongoro National Park is home to a vast array of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. An additional highlight of this scenic national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
