Nyikani Migrations Serengeti Kogatende is a luxury mobile tented camp that follows the Great Migration, relocating twice yearly between Kogatende in Northern Serengeti (May–November) and Ndutu in the southern plains (December–April). The Kogatende location sits roughly 25 minutes from Kogatende Airstrip, close to several Mara River crossing points where wildebeest herds move back and forth between Tanzania and Kenya.
The camp offers 12 spacious tents in king, twin, triple, and family configurations, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring flush toilets, double wash basins, and safari-style bucket showers. Tents are spaced 15–20 metres apart for privacy and include private verandas, power outlets, writing desks, and digital safes. The eco-friendly camp runs on a custom-built solar system with generator backup and sources produce from organic farms.
Full-board packages include morning tea butler service, chef-prepared meals accommodating vegetarian and vegan diets, and special bush breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the wilderness. Guests depart on early-morning game drives to the Mara River crossings and enjoy sundowners and evening campfires back at camp.
