Immerse yourself in Tanzania's rich cultural heritage with this 2-day tour to Lake Eyasi. Connect with the Hadzabe Bushmen and Datoga tribe through authentic experiences including traditional hunting and cultural engagement.
We will pick you up early from your hotel or the airport to begin your journey to Lake Eyasi. Upon arrival, you will have lunch at Tindiga Tented Camp, Kisima Ngeda Tent Camp, or Lake Eyasi Tented Camp and have time to relax. In the afternoon, you'll explore the lake with guidance from local residents. During the dry season, this includes walking through the dried lakebed and surrounding bush. You'll return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will embark on a cultural experience with the Hadza tribe. Participate in traditional hunting activities and learn about their way of life. The Hadza are one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa, living in temporary huts and speaking a unique click language. After your cultural visit, you will begin your journey back to Arusha, with a stop for lunch along the way. You'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport to conclude your tour.
