You will get the opportunity to observe iconic animals such as lions, rhinos, wildebeests, and hippos. From the wildlife-abundant Ngorongoro Crater - a unique location on Earth - to the Tarangire savannah, an elephant paradise known as the “Little Serengeti,” this tour offers a remarkable amount in just two days. If you aim to witness the most in the briefest time possible, this safari is tailored for you!
After having breakfast (around 7:30 AM), your safari adventure begins! Your guide will meet you at your hotel and inform the receptionist that he's ready and waiting. Once you're on the road, you'll head straight to Tarangire National Park - by 10:00 AM, you'll already be spotting your first wild animals!
Tarangire is a true gem, known for its large herds of elephants gathering near the Tarangire River. But elephants aren't the only stars here - you may also see lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and plenty of other classic safari wildlife.
Our guides stay connected through a private radio channel, allowing them to share sightings and track down rare animals for you to see.
At midday, you'll enjoy a scenic picnic right in the park, then continue exploring the savannah before heading to your hotel in the evening, full of fresh impressions and amazing stories to tell.

To maximize your day, we suggest starting early as many animals are most active in the cooler morning hours. At around 6:30 AM, you will begin your journey to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Approximately an hour later, you will descend into the renowned crater.
Ngorongoro is renowned as one of Tanzania's most iconic and biodiverse parks, boasting the highest density of wildlife in Africa. Here, you may encounter elephants, buffalo, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and even elusive cats like servals and caracals. If you're fortunate, you might even catch a glimpse of the rare and majestic black rhino.
Around noon, you will take a break for a picturesque picnic by the lake - an ideal spot to unwind, enjoy the scenery, or perhaps observe some hippos in the water! - before resuming your game drive.
As the evening approaches, you will conclude your unforgettable safari and return to your hotel in Arusha, carrying memories that will endure a lifetime.
