Itinerary
Our guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha and depart to the Southern Serengeti National Park (Ndutu) for a wildlife safari and the Great Migration while carrying lunch boxes. Once you finish game drives, you will have dinner and an overnight stay at the camp located inside the Southern Serengeti National Park.
The Southern Serengeti is one of the best places to witness the full cycle of the Great Migration. Herds return to graze in December with the onset of the green season, followed by the birth of the calves in January and February, and finally, the departure of the herds as the grass begins to dry at the end of the rainy season.

Today, you will wake up early to enjoy the exciting game drives in Southern Serengeti National Park (Ndutu). In the afternoon, you will depart for Karatu, where you will spend the night at a lodge near Ngorongoro. This will allow you to descend into the Crater the following morning, when the animals are most active.
The Southern Serengeti is renowned for witnessing the complete cycle of the Great Migration. The herds return to graze in December as the green season begins, followed by the birth of calves in January and February. Lastly, the herds depart as the grass starts to dry towards the end of the rainy season.

After having breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Once the game drive is completed, we will transfer you to Arusha at Arusha Clocktower where your safari ends.
This park is home to the largest unbroken caldera in the world and is considered one of Africa's natural wonders. It hosts approximately 30,000 large mammals year-round, including buffalo, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as a wide variety of bird species, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be prepared to witness an abundance of wildlife in a short amount of time.
