Your safari adventure begins and ends in Zanzibar, featuring convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off from Nungwi to the airport. This exciting journey takes you to three of Tanzania's top national parks: Tarangire, Lake Manyara National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to spot the Big Five—lions, leopards, rhinos, buffaloes, and elephants—while enjoying stays in comfortable lodges. The package includes a round-trip flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, an expert guide, meals, a private 4x4 safari vehicle, and all transfers.
Itinerary
Your day begins early in the morning with a transfer from your hotel to the airport for an 08:00 flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at 09:15, your driver-guide will greet you and drive you to Tarangire National Park, located approximately 1.5 hours away. During the drive, your guide will share fascinating insights into the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people. Tarangire is renowned for its incredible biodiversity, including large herds of elephants and diverse landscapes ranging from seasonal swamps to savanna. The Tarangire River winds through the park, providing a scenic backdrop. You may be lucky enough to witness a lion stalking its prey or a leopard relaxing in the trees above. A packed lunch will be enjoyed inside the park. The game drive ends at 16:00, after which you will be driven to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

After a delicious breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an exciting game drive. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage site, celebrated for its outstanding natural and cultural significance. Once you descend into the crater, you will have an excellent opportunity to spot the Big Five—lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos. You will also encounter various bird species, such as flamingos in the crater lakes, and marvel at the unique and diverse environment within the crater. Prepare to see an abundance of wildlife within moments of entering this stunning ecosystem. Lunch will be served at a picnic site near the beautiful Hippo Pool. After lunch, the game drive continues until evening, when you will begin a steep ascent to the crater rim. You will then drive to your accommodation in Karatu to end the day.

The final day of your safari begins after a luscious breakfast. Today's destination is Lake Manyara National Park, where you will enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. As you enter the park, lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees set the mood for the adventure ahead. During the game drive, keep an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. Another spectacle of Lake Manyara is the famous tree-climbing lions, though spotting them requires a bit of luck. In the right season, you can see the shoreline turn pink with millions of flamingos. In the afternoon, after enjoying your picnic lunch, you will head towards Arusha Airport to catch your flight back to Zanzibar. With incredible experiences and memories to cherish, you will bid goodbye to your team.
