Itinerary
Your journey starts with a scenic local flight from Zanzibar to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Upon landing at Seronera Airstrip, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide. With packed lunch boxes in hand, you will set off immediately for your first game drive across the iconic Serengeti plains. Spend the afternoon exploring the vast savannah, home to the famous migratory herds of wildebeest, zebra, and antelope. Keep your camera ready—you are likely to spot some of the Serengeti's most iconic predators, including lions, cheetahs, and elusive leopards, all playing their part in the dramatic cycle of life. After an exciting day in the wild, you will be transferred to your comfortable safari camp for some well-earned relaxation, a delicious dinner, and a peaceful overnight stay under the African sky.

After breakfast, you will continue your safari adventure with more game drives. On this day, you have the option to embark on a full-day game drive or split it into two sessions—one in the early morning and another in the late afternoon. The split-session option is ideal for those who prefer to relax at the lodge during the hotter midday hours. However, for guests eager to maximize their wildlife sightings, we recommend the full-day game drive to take full advantage of the prime viewing opportunities throughout the day.

You will have full days to explore the stunning Serengeti National Park. We offer complete flexibility based on your preferences, and each day will be tailored to your ideal pace and interests. Your guide will consult with you daily to plan the best timings for game drives and activities, including your preferred wake-up time. For example, you may choose to start with an early morning game drive, return to camp for lunch and a bit of relaxation, and then head out again in the late afternoon. Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, allowing you to spend more time in the wild and increase your chances of incredible wildlife encounters.

On this day, we suggest a very early wake-up in order to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you will ever witness. It is really one of the most beautiful experiences to have. After the game drive, we will return to the camp for a rewarding brunch and then we will proceed to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. Alternatively, instead of the early morning game drive, you may choose to stay at the camp for a bit of relaxation.
