5-Day Tanzanian Adventure – Tembo (Elephant) Luxury Safari

After breakfast, you will head to Serengeti National Park with game viewing along the way. In the evening, explore the vast plains of the Serengeti during another game drive. Spend the night in the heart of the park at Kati Kati Tented Camp, surrounded by untamed wilderness. Witness one of nature's most dramatic spectacles as millions of wildebeest move in massive columns during the Great Migration. The area is rich in predators and birdlife, and the landscape is dotted with acacias and granite kopjes.

Today, you'll spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti, specifically the Seronera Valley, which offers some of the best wildlife viewing in the park. The region features a dense concentration of animals, including big cats, elephants, buffalo, and countless bird species. Game drives will be conducted both morning and evening to take full advantage of the wildlife activity.

Start the day early with a sunrise game drive in Serengeti. After brunch, continue your journey out of the park and toward Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive at the rim in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay at Rhino Lodge. The view from the rim over the untouched montane forest and Mount Oldeani is breathtaking.

After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO World Heritage site is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera on Earth, home to a dense population of wildlife including lions, black rhinos, elephants, and hippos. Enjoy a final game drive and picnic lunch by the Ngoitoktok hippo pool before ascending and returning to Moshi or Arusha.
