Itinerary

After breakfast, the tour departs. The first stop is Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases before heading off on safari. Afterwards, you'll head towards Tarangire National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, you will descend into the heart of wild Africa — the Serengeti National Park — with its endless plains stretching into the distance as far as the eye can see. Next, you will travel to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River, which serves as a vital water source for this area, attracting a diverse range of wildlife representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. You will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive at Serengeti National Park.

Devote this day to witnessing the spectacular Great Migration (seasonal). Accompanied by your expert guide, track the massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles as they traverse the plains in search of fresh grazing. Watch as predators like lions, hyenas, and crocodiles follow the migration, creating thrilling wildlife encounters. This is one of the most iconic natural events on earth, offering incredible photographic opportunities. Spend another night in the Serengeti.
Note: The Great Migration does not occur year-round. Therefore, this experience will only be arranged during the migration seasons - between December and March in the Southern Serengeti (calving season), and between July and October in the Northern Serengeti (river crossings). The Migration viewing in Northern Serengeti is optional; guests have to request the activity before confirming the trip with us.

You will leave for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area early in the morning. You will make a stop at Olduvai Gorge, which has a history dating back to the beginning of time. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to the lodge/camp where you will have dinner and stay overnight.

These include acacia woodlands, water forests, cliffs dotted with baobab trees, hot springs with algae streaks, swamps, and the lake itself. Due to this variety, the compact park can sustain a wide array of animal species and remarkable bird populations. Lake Manyara boasts the highest density of baboons globally, and the lions in this area are famous for their tree-climbing abilities. You will be taken back to your hotel in the evening.
